Public Notice: Forbes Street Stormwater Piping Replacement Project

The Borough Council would like to inform residents that a stormwater piping replacement project on Forbes Street is scheduled to take place in Spring 2026.

This project is part of ongoing efforts to improve stormwater management, reduce drainage issues, and protect local infrastructure. During construction, residents may experience temporary traffic disruptions, lane restrictions, parking limitations, and construction noise in the project area.

Advance notice will be provided prior to the start of construction with more detailed information regarding timelines, detours, and access for residents and emergency services.

The Borough appreciates the community’s patience and cooperation as we work to make necessary infrastructure improvements. Additional updates will be shared as the project approaches.
